The Schedule
- 9:30am-10:00am Check-In (please be in your seat, ready to begin by 9:55am)
- 10:00am-1:00pm Flowcilitation
- 1:00pm-2:30pm Grab lunch with your new ESB friends!
- 2:30pm-6:00pm Flowcilitation
As you can see, "flowcilitation" is all that's on the schedule for this workshop experience.
And before you start thinking this workshop is just some strange, unstructured kum-bay-yah circle where nothing gets done, let me tell you why the schedule is the way it is.
Oren facilitates all of his workshops from the flow, hence the term flowcilitation, and has done so for the past 7 years (the last time he really prepared anything for a speaking engagement was at a Toastmasters meeting long ago). He tunes in to the energy of the group and flows out exactly what is most needed at each moment in time.
